“The site is huge. We booked a site visit and 11am cruise. Arriving at 10.30, we grabbed a coffee and headed down to the jetty. The cruise was informative and interesting. Back on land we started at the Dockyard and worked back onto the site. So much to see, with options for lunch, we took our own, leaving approximately 4pm. It was a full day of wandering considering we had a 1.5 hr return drive to our accommodation. Excellent day out.”

“The tour was amazing! A bit different from what I expected- the boat was smaller than I thought with the title being called Cruise. Passengers wear oversized red waterproof parkas and sit in an open boat that seats about 30 people. Water was very choppy the day we went. We saw tons of wildlife- seals, penguins, albatross, and more. Port Arthur was also very interesting and included a tour of the site. Our transport was comfortable and the driver provided a nice guide of the area we traveled. Well worth the money for this trip!”
